John: So if I live in California and I take a trip to New York-

Matt: Yeah

John: -And I, something, my health, or whatever I gotta go get a check up, I can go to any hospital that accepts medicare.

Matt: More importantly, any doctor, right? So you don’t have to really worry about, you know, for a lot of the times in retirement people are travelers, they’re snowbirds maybe, they go from one part of the country to the other. You don’t have to worry about “am in in network”, “am I out of network”, you can just go see whoever you wanna see.

John: Specialists too?

Matt: Specialists.

John: Doesn’t matter?

Matt: Absolutely, yeah.

John: Gotcha. Everything is covered once you pay your $233, you’re annual deductible, right. So, it’s your deductible, $233, and after that it’s free. You can go anywhere that accepts medicare, right. From East coast to west coast, north to south, they’re universal. So a plan G with Aetna has the exact same coverage as a plan G with Humana. So it doesn’t matter which insurance company’s on your card, right.
